The mere fact of a Democrat in the White House doesn't threaten their power nearly as much as a pro-choice Republican would.Bingo! It would require Dobson, Viguerie, et. al. spend four years railing against their chosen Party or shut up and ignore the one issue that gets their blood boiling. It could happen. Right after I am chosen as Miss America. For this particular wing of the Republican Party the ONE issue that cannot be compromised on is abortion.
Maybe Rudy could wear a Focus on the Family lapel pin to make amends, eh?
