I will blog about beer, and my love of beer. My favorite beers are Belgian-style beers. Saison, Trippel, Quadruppels, and Abbey ales are at the top of my list. I also love Russion Imperial Stout, Imperial Porter. I'll have more soon. A few of my favorite breweries are Ommegang, Stone Brewery, Ska Brewing and of course the inimitable Dogfish Head Brewery. Each brewery makes some very fine beers and you can go to Beer Advocate to find out more about the breweries and some of my favorite beers.
